Returns Policy
If the item you have purchased is defective or not as described and illustrated on this website, we will refund you the total cost of the pen so long as it is returned within 5 days of receipt.
If the pen is described as Mint we will not accept it back if it has been inked.
Duties and Taxes
It is the responsibility of international buyers to pay any import taxes, or custom duties that an item from the UK may attract.
