The Doc range of pens was created by international designer Anouska Hempel, in keeping with Louis Vuitton’s long-standing tradition of working with world-renowned professionals in their field to create wonderful luxury items.
This Doc black leather and gold fountain pen is a combination of elegant shaping, simplicity, and refinement. Its gold-plated cap features fine grid line geometry, also featured on the end of the barrel. The long cascading, sleek, and hardy noticeable pocket clip is a real compliment to the overall appearance of this pen – design at its best.
The pen is 14 cm long, the cap removal and replacement is a pleasing experience and requires only one revolution of the strongly featured securing threads. The pen is pre-owned and in exceptional condition and shows little or no signs of use. Its weight and balance are just perfect, It is fitted with a very smooth, soft, and springy 18kt gold medium nib, decorated with a diamond grid line pattern, and is an absolute joy to write with. The filling is by cartridge or converter, which comes with a pen. The presentation box is not perfect and the condition can be seen in the photograph.
