Description
This Montblanc 232 celluloid piston filler fountain pen was produced in Germany between 1939- 1942.
The cap and barrel is made of celluloid and the screw cap clip retainer and the piston turning knob is made of hard rubber.
The Imprints on the cap and the piston turning knob are all crisp, the pen has been dismantled ,cleaned and a new cork seal fitted.
The nib is a smooth 14ct extra fine with a flat feed and is semi flexible.
The pen measures 5.3/4 inches (12.0 cms) long with the cap attached. Length with cap posted 5.1/2 inches (14.0 cms). Cap diameter: 13.2 mm.
This is a great looking pen, which pen is in overall very good condition.
